KANSAS CITY, Kan. — An Overland Park man, Brian D. Harris, 42, has been sentenced to more than 12½ years in federal prison for distribution of child pornography.

Three suspects are on the loose after shooting at a woman at Oak Park Mall at 95th and Quivera in Overland Park. Police said the woman was in the parking lot near Dillards at Oak Park Mall when the three suspects approached her.
